Refund policy

At EYE QUIX, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is in its original packaging with tags intact

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used sunglasses or eyewear

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us directly
